We have worked with Fitter and Faster to reschedule the camp date to May 13 & 14. Hopefully we will have some better weather this time around!
The camp will still be led by NCAA Champion and Olympian Kierra Smith!
Please take the time to sign up today before spots fill up!
There will be two sessions each day, one for swimmers ages 12 and under (9am - 11:45am) and one for swimmers ages 13 and older (12:30pm - 3:45pm). The curriculum each day will be:
May 13: Explosive Starts, Underwater Dolphin Kicking, and Breakouts
May 14: Faster Flip Turns, Open Turns, and Finishes
