This meet is open to swimmers in Green, Red, Silver, and Black Pods. Pups are eligible but require coach permission.
Check the Team Travel box if your swimmer will be joining on the team bus for the weekend. Team Travel is strongly encouraged but is not required if your swimmer is not suited or ready.
Scratch Deadline: TBA
No refunds are possible for withdrawal after the scratch deadline. Please email headcoach@evdsc.com if your swimmer is no longer planning to attend the meet.

Our Next Big Travel!
Swimmers and chaperones will travel together via charter bus to Calgary where they will be staying at the Team hotel.
Delta Hotels Calgary South

The team will travel as a group for the weekend, including meals and team activities. This is an amazing opportunity for our swimmers to travel together and support each other through a fun weekend of racing and team bonding.
Tentative Schedule:
Friday, November 22
11:00am - Depart Fernie Aquatic Centre for MNP Centre
7:00pm - Arrive Delta for check-in & dinner
Saturday, November 23
7:00am - Depart hotel for MNP
12:00pm - Depart MNP for lunch at hotel
2:30pm - Depart hotel for finals session
7:00pm - Return to hotel for dinner and free time
Sunday, November 24
7:00am - Depart hotel for MNP
12:00pm - Depart MNP for lunch at chinook centre
1:30pm - Depart chinook for finals session
6:00pm - Depart MNP for dinner and return to Fernie Aquatic Centre
10:00pm - Arrive in Fenrie (est.)
Estimated Fees:
Entry Fees - $100
Transportation - $50-$100 (based on number or swimmers)
Hotel - $100 (based on quad occupancy)
Meals & Entertainment - $100
