This meet is open to swimmers in: Green, Red, Silver, Black
There are no qualifying time standards required to participate.
Host Entry Deadline: Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Entry fees are non-refundable after the host’s entry deadline, with exceptions for illness or other emergencies. Please email headcoach@evdsc.com if your swimmer is no longer planning to attend the meet.
Meet Fees

Individual entries are charged per session, rather than per event. Session fees and the Swim BC surcharge total $65.00 for one session or $125.00 for both sessions, before coaching fees and any separately confirmed relay fees.
Meet Schedule
Session 1 — Saturday, October 3
Warm-up: 2:30–3:20 p.m.
Start: 3:30 p.m.
Events: 200 m Individual Medley, 100 m Backstroke, 100 m Breaststroke, 100 m Butterfly, 100 m Freestyle, and Mixed 4 × 50 m Medley Relay.
Session 2 — Sunday, October 4
Warm-up: 8:30–9:20 a.m.
Start: 9:30 a.m.
Events: 100 m Individual Medley, 50 m Backstroke, 50 m Breaststroke, 50 m Butterfly, 50 m Freestyle, and Mixed 4 × 25 m Freestyle Relay.
Additional Meet Information
Swimmers may enter a maximum of 10 individual events and 2 relay events across the meet. All events will be swum as timed finals.
There will be no concession available. Please ensure your swimmer brings food and drinks for their sessions.
